Heath Shealy
MAcOM, LAc-012167, LMT-24976 , E-RYT 500

Heath Shealy is a licensed acupuncturist passionate about helping people feel healthier, more energized, and more connected to their bodies through natural and integrative care.

At Chill Acupuncture & Wellness, Heath works with patients seeking relief from pain, stress, anxiety, fatigue, sleep issues, and chronic health concerns while supporting long-term wellness and healthy aging.

Heath is passionate about supporting community wellness by helping patients better understand and navigate today’s often complex healthcare system, working collaboratively within the scope
of acupuncture and integrative adjunctive care to empower patients to make informed decisions about their health and overall well-being.

Heath earned his Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Arizona School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and is currently pursuing his doctoral degree in Acupuncture at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies. His training includes acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, nutrition, integrative medicine, and advanced facial acupuncture techniques.

A major influence in Heath’s approach is the Traditional Chinese Medicine principle of Yang Sheng, or “nourishing life.” Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, Heath helps patients build
sustainable habits that enhance energy, resilience, recovery, and overall quality of life.
Treatments may include acupuncture, cupping, herbal medicine, nutritional guidance, and wellness education tailored to each individual.

Heath also specializes in facial acupuncture and natural facial rejuvenation treatments that support healthy aging by improving circulation, reducing tension, and promoting overall
wellness from the inside out.

Patients often appreciate Heath’s calm, approachable style and his focus on creating a comfortable and supportive healing environment. His goal is to help each patient not only experience relief but also develop a deeper understanding of their health and long-term wellness.

Dr. Matthew Jones
DC 8853, LMT- 2698

Matt has been involved in the field of massage and bodywork for over 26 years, actively licensed since 2000. Born in San Diego, he was fortunate to attend the International Professional School of Bodywork starting in 1999, later attending the Pacific College of
Oriental Medicine for additional massage training – eventually learning 12 amazing forms of therapy. Along the way, Matt also became involved in teaching massage first as a volunteer at
IPSB then as paid faculty at both schools, an unexpected joy to go along with providing bodywork.

A trip to Shanghai, China in 2008 with fellow PCOM students planted the seed for the future as Matt began the process of applying for chiropractic colleges in California shortly after.

His education in chiropractic truly began in 2010 at the Southern California University of Health Sciences/Los Angeles Chiropractic College. During the majority of his time as a student, Matt
served as a Tutor, High School Program Group Instructor, and Teacher’s Assistant (all Chiropractic Technique courses).
Various life events and losses would take place over the next few years, including a 2 year leave of absence to assist close family. In April 2017, Matt graduated with a Doctorate in Chiropractic, sigma cum laude – first licensed in 2018 and maintaining an active status since.
Following graduation, he worked with the RAND Corporation as a data abstractor for the largest study related to chiropractic care, which has so far been referenced in 25 articles.

Matt moved to Tucson in 2019 and began working with Rubs Massage Studio, eventually becoming the Continuing Education Provider (2022) for the company’s massage therapists as
well as a Clinical Practicum Instructor (2024) for student massage therapists. In 2025, he became an instructor at the Arizona School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. In 2026, he joined forces with Chill Acupuncture and Wellness.

Matt’s primary focus is on various forms of massage therapy, providing customized and adaptable bodywork suited to each client’s specific needs. His training in traditional forms of
bodywork such as Traditional Thai Massage, Zen Shiatsu, and Tuina along with more recent modalities like Deep Tissue/Myofascial Release and the Rolf Method of Structural Integration give him a broad range of methods to treat everyone.

Matt is passionate about massage and bodywork and believes it is a great entry point, giving longer lasting relief compared to chiropractic adjustments alone. Every day is a new experience and opportunity to learn, a lifelong process that is much appreciated and vital to expansion and growth. Among his various goals in the healing arts is making sure care is accessible to all, especially lesser served populations.

Andreu Adams,
LMT-50096

My name is Andreu Adams, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist inspired by my father’s experience with permanent nerve damage to help others find relief and improved well-being. I have specialized training in therapeutic, deep tissue, and neuromuscular massage, with a natural ability to find areas of tension and imbalance. I believe that awareness of our patterns and habits plays a vital role in healing, and that stress management is key to restoring balance. I work alongside my clients to help manage pain, improve function, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. The mind and body are deeply connected—through awareness and care, we can help them work together toward lasting wellness.
