Cancellation Policy

At CHILL Acupuncture and Wellness, we value your time, other patients’ time, and our practitioners' time. To ensure we can serve everyone in a timely and respectful manner we kindly ask you cooperation in following our policies:

Attendance and Rescheduling Policy

5-10
Minutes

We ask that you show up 5-10 minutes early to ease the process and ensure a full length of treatment can be provided

24-Hour Notice

We require at least a 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling

Late Cancellations

Any appointment canceled less than 24 hours before the start of your scheduled appointment, will be charged the full cost of the services scheduled

Late
Arrivals

Sessions will be shortened to stay on schedule and the full session fee will be applied

No-Shows

Missed Appointments without notice leading up to your scheduled appointment will result in a full session charge

Repeated 
No-Shows

If appointments are frequently missed without reasonable adherence to our policies, we reserve the right to deny continued care. We make every attempt to avoid this outcome.

Note

We will require all patients to have an active credit card on file.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and illness happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate these unexpected occurrences. Your health and safety always come first.
